2006 PtHA World Show - 4th Yearling Breeding Stock Mares

April 2005 - July 2006

It was an early April morning in Oklahoma when this wonderful creature came into our lives. Right from the start everyone knew she was special. She had such a soft, loving personality and a great heart. How many weanlings have the temprament to be halter broke and learn the necessities of training by a child...Robin did.  Her companion, Sydney Higbee, taught her and learned from her. Robin was raised and trained at Higbee Farms. She could not have had a better home. Her weanling year she won the TOVO, Landrush, GCPHC futurities and was reserve at Congress. She was truely a remarkable filly.

It is with heavy heart that we express the end of a great story. Robin became ill at the Paint Horse World Show. She was brought back to her home in Oklahoma where she passed away.

We would like to express our thanks to the Higbee family, Ryan, Stephanie, Sydney, Seth, Gabby, David and Jackie for all their work with Robin. We know they loved her as much as we did. We would also like to thank Doug Coleman, Wayne Halvorson and David Boggs for showing this filly and winning with her. She will be greatly missed.
